A. You can find the active subscription plan details in tab Account > Subscription
Q. I want to change my current subscription plan
A. First, you need to cancel your current subscription plan and then you need to purchase
the required subscription plan. For cancelling subscription plan,
please go to Account > Subscription and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’.
For purchasing new subscription plan, please go to Account > Payments
Q. Where can I get the subscription plan details
A. Please go to the Pricing page where you can find the details of various subscription plans available
Q. I have uploaded files in the experiment space but my files are not being read
A. Please create a text file of the required files and load those text files into the
experiment space and run the experiment
Q. How much time does it take for an experiment to get created
A. Experiment creation time depends on file size of the job description and the CVs/ Resumes.
Also, it depends on the number of CVs/ Resumes added to the experiment space.
It should take around 2-3 seconds for each CV/ Resume to get processed.
E.g. An experiment with 50 CVs/ Resumes should take around 2 mins 30 seconds on average
