Candidates interview information can be captured once the interview is done with the candidate. Candidate interview information can be downloaded as pdf. For each candidate, 3 rounds of interview information can be captured
After login into Account, Please go to Interview Tracker > Create Tracker
Fill the details of the candidate such as name, job title etc. along with details of the interview done such as
date and time of interivew, interviewer's name, comments etc. and click Submit button.
Interview information will be recorded successfully. This interview recorded will be 1st round of interview
for the candidate. For adding 2nd and 3rd round of interviews for the candidate go to Edit section below
After login into Account, Please go to Interview Tracker > Interview List
All the interviews captured will be available here. Each interview can be edited and also downloaded as pdf
After login into Account, Please go to Interview Tracker > Interview List
Click on View button to view the interview information of the candidate. Further click on
Download button to download the interview information as pdf
After login into Account, Please go to Interview Tracker > Interview List Click on Edit button to edit the interview information of the candidate Click on Add/ Edit 2nd Round of Interview button to add/ edit 2nd round of interview information for the candidate Click on Add/ Edit 3rd Round of Interview button to add/ edit 3rd round of interview information for the candidate
After login into Account, Please go to Interview Tracker > Interview Insights
Interview Insights will provide the dashboard for all the interviews conducted. It will give an overview
as how many candidates have been interviewed and their selection status. Also distribution of the interviews month-year wise
and department wise is available
Total Candidates Interviewed = Candidates Selected + Candidates Rejected + Candidates On Hold + Candidates In Progress
You can also filter the interviews based on interview date of the 1st round of interview
