The recruitment/ hiring manager can source CVs/ Resumes (docx/pdf/txt) from various sources and can rank these CVs/ Resumes w.r.t a Job description (docx/pdf/txt). The application will rank the candidates to filter the best candidates from pool of candidates for interviewing. Job description file and CV/ Resume should be less than 5 MB
After login into Account, Please go to Rank Candidate > Create Experiment
Enter job title, upload job description (docx/pdf/txt) and CVs/ Resumes (docx/pdf/txt) of candidates.
Also you can enter manadatory words. Please seperate the words using space e.g. java javascript nodejs
Further click Run Experiment button
An experiment will be created for ranking the candidates
After login into Account, Please go to Rank Candidate > View Experiment
Here you can view all experiments which you have created along with details such as job title,
total candidates, manadatory words etc.
After login into Account, Please go to Rank Candidate > View Experiment
Click on View button to get details of the experiment created.
Here you will find the ranking of the candidates along with other details such as job keywords,
cv matching keywords, score, level etc. This will facilitate the recruitment/ hiring manager to
screen the best candidates from the pool of candidates for the job
